-Strongpath will move beyond consulting and into the role of a strategist
-Participate in meetings to provide an objective, data-driven perspective.
-Act as a sounding board for high-stakes decisions, ensuring they align with the long-term road map rather than short-term fires.
-Holding the leadership team accountable to their stated goals and KPI's
-Auditing
-Friction removal
-Brief, high-impact sessions to ensure the team understands the why behind the what, reducing resistance to new systems
